This was a very easy and tasty recipe. My only suggestion would be to add a little more garlic and spice. My family really loved it.

Great recipe! I am allergic to cheese/dairy, so I left out that ingredient. However, I made up for it with extra garlic (you can never have enough garlic, and a little basil. I couldn't get cherry tomatoes, so I used grape tomatoes. They were sweeter than cherry tomatoes, but it paid as they added that extra flavor I needed in the absence of cheese. Once again, Giada scores!

This was very good. I added half a large onion and some nutmeg, but it still seemed to be lacking a little something. I think next time, I'll double the spinach and tomatoes as I like lots of veggies, and maybe add a few chili flakes. I couldn't find Asiago cheese in my market, so used a packaged Italian blend that included Asiago and Parmesan and a couple of others, and it was still very good.

This was really good. I substituted one pound of whole grain penne pasta. I added 1/2 medium chopped onion and one whole chopped red bell pepper and a total of three cloves of garlic to the oil. Then I added the cherry tomatoes and the spinich. I also added 1/2 cup more of cheese. Family loved it.

I love this dish. Very quick and easy. I add toasted pine nuts sometimes for a little crunch.
