Its actually good! I'm not too fond of tuna, but it's good, quick and easy for those days you're not in the mood to cook!

This dish was quicky and easy, but more interesting than most of my weeknight fare. Enjoyed the complexity of flavor, but should have used tuna in oil instead of water.

Albacore tuna packed in oil is absolutely delicious and I found that the tomato sauce overwhelms the tuna and its flavor is lost. I also wasn't particularly crazy about the lemon and tomato combination. I think I expected a lot more and was disappointed, but it is definitely a quick and easy weeknight dinner.

I have made many pasta dishes in my culinary history, but none have thrilled my taste buds more than this recipe. The ingredients so wonderfully complement each other. I purchased the italian tuna giada used on the show and I think the quality was well worth the extra price. It will become a staple in my recipe book for the intense and fabulous flavor as well as the fact it takes as long to make as it takes to cook the pasta!!!!!!!! Sprinkle some fresh grated parmesan over the top for an added delight.

Healthy tuna, tomato sauce, whole wheat pasta, lemon zest and capers equals a great, light pasta dish for a healthy lunch. This will definitely be a dish that I keep in my last-minute lunch menu.
