I've made this several times and it is excellent every time I make it! My family loves it and that's a great thing when two of them are under 5! I love how simple this dish is with such great results. Another fabulous recipe Giada!!

This chicken was good, but nothing out of this world. The meat was bland as other reviewers pointed out. There isn't really much of a citrus flavor. But it was moist and juicy. The gravy was delicious and it was what actually saved this chicken as far as flavor is concern. The recipe does have potencial though. I will try again, this time I will mash up about 6 cloves of garlic and rub it on the chicken together wit the salt and pepper. I might also try making extra of the basting sauce and marinating the chicken in it for a few hours to see if that helps with flavor. Overall, the chicken is not bad it just needs a little tweeking.

My husband and I have been married for 5 years now and all we've been eatting is either take out food or the same cooking over and over. I went to food network and found this recipe, so we deicided to try it out. We read all the reviews and found it intresting. I can tell you it was the most delicious chicken I had ever had. Thank you Giada for this lovely recipe, we will have it again soon.

I have used this recipe over and over again for not only my family but for company with RAVE reviews. The chicken comes out tender and so very flavorfull. It is simple to do and the best tasting of any of the citurs chicken recipes I have ever tried. Left over are so yummy too.
I give it 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

This is a great recipe and I will definitely be making it again. After reading he reviews that there wasn't enough citrus flavor I mixed zest of the citrus, a little butter and salt and pepper and put that under the skin. Great flavor and very simple!

This is the best chicken I have ever had! It was perfection. So moist and juicy, the flavor is amazing. I didn't have orange juice concentrate, so I reduced regular orange juice. Make this for company.
