    These were nice, moist muffins with the sun dried tomatoes adding a lovely chewy sweetness. However I found the garlic overwhelmed the more subtle flavors even after decreasing the number of cloves by half. I will definitely make this again and leave out the garlic.

    Absolutely delicious! I didn't have sour cream or buttermilk, so I substituted with ricotta cheese and half and half - still wonderful! The savory/sweet combination was so different and delicious!
