Yummy. We use the aioli for crab cakes. Making it tonight in fact for our Valentine Crab Cake dinner.

This is so delicious! I made for a party last week and have a shortcut for the garlic toast if you are serving several people. I put cloves of garlic and olive oil in food processor, and brushed on the bread, then stuck them on the grill--and threatened my husband that he better not burn one. The grilled garlic toast was extra great, and everyone raved about the aioli.
And my husband lived to see our 28th. Wedding anniversary--we are sole mates!!!

I hosted a small get together and these are one of the yummy Italian-themed dishes I put out. My goodness, they were so delicious that they almost didn't make it out of my house to the event! The aioli was so simple that it's become a regular around our house. We didn't have fresh ciabatta bread at our bakery so I bought an asiago loaf instead and they were still wonderful. Try roasting the garlic before adding it for a slightly sweeter taste when serving to folks that aren't garlic fiends. The aioli is wonderful on a roasted veggie sandwich, by the way!

I made this for a party at work. I was the star of the day! My coworkers raved about this! I love it, too. I didn't rub the toasts with garlic; I thought there was plenty in the aioli. Thanks, Giada, for bringing smiles to us overworked hospital workers!
