    This recipe is exceptional. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. All the ingredients blended well together and the fried egg added so much to the flavor of the dish. I will definitely make this again.

    This was truly one of the most amazing pasta dishes I have EVER eaten. Not only was it super easy and quick to prepare, but it was gourmet enough to serve to a whole room full of foodies! The fried eggs on top are absolutely genius. They add such a luxurious texture and taste to the entire dish. The aioli is pungent (in a good way and herbalicious! I used fresh pasta instead of dried, and just reduced my cooking time accordingly. Pasta fanatics MUST try this recipe; it will knock your socks off. LOVE YOU GIADA!

    We have never made anything like this. It was extraordinary. I added mushrooms and bacon, but otherwise followed the recipe as written. Delicious and my family loved it, seconds all around. I can't wait to make it again and again. Fantastic!

    Asparagus was on sale so I bought some and found myself searching for a recipe to use it in after it being in the refrigerator all week. I was skeptical at first but I usually like Giada's recipes and nothing else looked interesting. Well....I am so glad I tried it. This is so so delicious! The basil aioli and the pecorino cheese really worked well together with the asparagus. Not to mention the egg on the top - Absolutely Superb!!

    Ingredients are perfect complements to one another...especially that runny egg on top! Who knew?! I got major brownie points with my other half with this one. ;

    This was so simple to prepare and delicious. The first time I served it was with pan seared scallops and the 2nd time with grilled shrimp. Howver, it wonderful on its own too. I would never have thought of putting an egg on top of pasta.
