This comes out fantastic. I have to say in all honesty that even though I LOVE Giada my young sons started commenting on her cleavage and asking me why you can see so much of her boobs? Needless to say I don't put the show on anymore around them and I was rather depressed about not being able to let them watch it with me as they love to cook. Does she need her boobs exposed to cook?

Isn't this a food critique, not a personal one. Grow up people, if you don't like her don't watch her but don't attack her when you know she can't stick up for herself. She cooks beautiful dishes that are quite tasty and I think her show is tasteful as well. Good luck trying to make someone else feel miserble about themselves.

I just have to say that I have stopped watching your show because I'm so sick of your boobs. Could you please have some decency and cover up a little? It almost seems like you feel that you need to show your cleavage so that people will watch your show, but it's doing just the opposite. I'm embarassed for you.

The aioli for this dish is the trick. It's easy to make, stays in the fridge for a few days, and makes a delicious treat of a meal. A little heavy with all the oil, but really so good that you hate to stop eating. I made so much extra that it broke my heart when I had to get rid of the leftovers...it was soooo delicious!

An easy way to whip up a fantastic dish when you unexpected guests.

I had never tried a carbonara recipe because I don't eat any pork products. This was just perfect. The addition of the fried egg on top is wonderful for people who like that runny egg flavor. Sooo sinful!

I made this for some friends the other night. I added some crisp pan fried panchetta to it and it was outstanding! There was 4 of us and we ate the entire bowl along with a nice salad and bread. I did make the Aoili the day before and it was so easy to put together when everyone was ready for dinner. Will make this again and agin for sure.
