This was sooooo simple to make and clean up was a breeze. I used whatever wine I had, not the recommended and it still tasted great. I would definately make it again.

The flavor of this dish is incredible! I've made it twice. Low fat, low calorie, easy, quick, no clean up, and absolutely loaded with delicious flavors and aroma. What more could one ask? One of THE best recipes I've ever tried. I've done it with tilapia and snapper. Perfect for both.

My husband and I couldn't believe how tasty and easy this was, especially since we don't typically feel comfortable cooking fish. And you have to love the minimal cleanup!

Use tilapia instead of bass. Fish was tender & flakey. Great flavor combination. Will definatly make again!

My husband and I loved this dish. The texture of the fish was wonderful, and the flavors married well. I didn't think the Marsala was overwhelming at all! The ease of clean-up was also a plus! I did add a little salt and pepper, and was glad I did. Next time I will double the amount of spinach called for. Thanks, Giada!

A high end caterer was my guest when I prepared this dish...for the first time...that's how much I trust Giada! In a community well known for wonderful restaurants and chefs, my name is now spreading as one of the best...who knew?? I mortgaged the "back forty" and bought fresh sea bass, which I know is important to the recipe. I can hardly say how wonderful I believe this dish is...fabulous?...awesome?...wonderful? I served it with the Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, which was also a HUGE hit!!! This easily earns five stars from me and my guests!

Easy, fast and versitile. I used mirin instead of marsala wine, turned out great. It takes longer that 10 minutes to cook. Great recipe to play around with.
