I didn't have Marsala, so I used another kind of wine. But the fish was very, very tasty. I used tilapia and it needed 2 minutes longer in the oven. We loved it.

This is an excellent, easy item. Sauce/liquid has a hint of spice. Everyone raved about how good it was. The foil/color makes for a great presentation as well.

This is one of my favorite dishes...Quick, easy, healthy, and full of flavor! My husband said it was better than he'd had in restaurants - and I'd have to agree. Delicious! Thanks, Giada.

This was an awesome main dish & it impressed my dinner guest way out of proportion to the amount of effort required. I served with brown rice. Would probably be great with ahi too.

I don't watch food network often, but I happen to catch her show, which I love, and this recipe seemed so easy and VERY healthy. Made it for our family new years supper and it was a HUGE hit. I will substitue a more inexpensive fish for more regular family meals, but my finicky son ate seconds. Bravo! It was made in less then 10 minutes.. the flavors were amazing. Thank you!

This dish was incredible! I used orange roughy instead of sea bass, so I had to steam it for twenty minutes. Everyone flipped out because it was so wonderful!
They thought I spent hours prepping this dish; I had to laugh!
