I am glad I read the other reviews about the cook time. It definitely takes 20 minutes. Even though the recipe is Ginger Sea Bass, I thought the ginger was overpowering. I didn't taste anything else. I was disappointed, but it may have just been a poor choice for my taste.

Quick and easy Saturday night dinner. I used kale instead of spinach which gave it a little more texture and antioxidants. My husband loved it! (He said he might try it in boyscout camp over the fire pit!

LOVE this recipe! However, I don't love marsala. So, I substitute with a dry white wine. Also, make sure to make an extra packet of just spinach. There is so little with the fish and it's a great, healthy side to have a little more of.

AMAZING recipe. We used fresh grouper instead of sea bass, and the results were simply devine. It finishes the fish with a slight 'crust' that is out of this world DELICIOUS!!! We served with jasmine rice, even our pickiest younger child cleaned his plate and asked for more:

This was truly one of the best fish dishes I have ever eaten. My entire picky family loved it.

Wow! This was great! I served it with Paula Deens’ garlic mash potatoes and sautéed spinach with onions and garlic. Definitely a keeper!

This dish was nice, but it took around 25-30 minutes to cook the chunks of sea bass, double the time in the recipe. The spinach also got a bit soggy in the oven.

I am sad that I wasted $18.00 on Halibut. I wanted to try fish that wasn't grilled, was not a fan of this recipe, it looked really good on TV. It went into the trash. Stick with grilling next time
