Very refreshing and tasty. I loved it. My daughter, son-in-law and husband, were going crazy while drinking this tea. I am going to make it today again.

Just can't rave about this enough - fantastic! It might be on the sweet side for some, so add about 1/2 the syrup and taste. I ended up adding all the syrup, but added a little more club soda than the recipe called for. My 17 year old Coke-fanatic son loved this. Try it! Thank you, Giada!

This tea isn't just delicious. It has its medical purpose too. It recommends to patient who is infected by dengue fever. At first I was quite sceptical about this solution. After drinking few cups of ginger juice, my hubby dengue fevers rash disappears without trace. Excellent remedy!

This is the most refreshing beverage. I recently served it at an open house and everyone has me sending them the recipe.

this was pretty good but extremly sweet so I added much more sparkeling water. Next time I will add half the sugar.

My favorite..ever. I hate tea. All kinds of tea. But this has changed my mind. I will always always keep a pitcher (or 2! of this in my fridge at all times. I'll need to make a triple batch once a week! All in all....THE BEST. I changed nothing in the recipe.

I tried so hard to like this recipe. I often look for Giada's recipes and when I found this one, thought great, this will be refreshing...not the case. I made it exactly as outlined in the recipe, and it was so sweet, that we couldn't drink it. I tried doctoring it, adding a full can of soda rather than 1 cup, then I added more lemon juice, then as a final attempt, added water - all to no avail. I had to throw it out in the end which was such a waste, and costly as well. The ginger flavor comes out fine with the simple syrup recipe, but again, even if you like your drinks really sweet, not sure how you can drink it, it is like drinking syrup. Sorry Giada, but this recipe just doesn't work for us.
