I love to do all kinds of cooking. I am trying to find different styles and techniques in the kitchen. i was just wondering if this recipe would be worthwhile or not. Thanks!

Made this recipe for my family for desert. They loved it. I used a scoop of vanilla ice cream top of the gnocchi and drizzled some of the cinnamon butter sauce on the ice cream, a sprig of mint and I and the desert was a hit.

This was incredibly easy and delicious. I put them in a giant shot glass and served it with coffee ice cream on a bed of coconut flakes. My fiancé was very impressed. =] I used a little more than 1/2 cup of Irish butter, about 2 tablespoons brown sugar, a little over 1 tsp of ground cinnamon. I also threw in about 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Definitely worth making.

My husband LOVED this recipe! I thought it was pretty good, but definitely not diet friendly. I would consider this more of a side dish versus a dessert as it tastes more like a sweetened pasta dish.

I just tried this recipe. I used only a 1/2 package of gnocchi and used 2 1/2 tbs of butter with ground cinnamon and sugar. While it was quick and easy, there is something left to be desired. I made this for dessert and while gnocchi is pillowy and doughy, it's not exactly my palette's idea of a good time. This was my first time trying gnocchi, so I have no reference point for how it may usually be prepared. It's okay. There was a slight doughy aftertaste at first, but after a few bites, it goes away. I took a few bites, shrugged and tossed the rest.

This is a typical Giada recipe. Nothing spectacular but not something you'd never make again. I enjoyed its simplicity. Makes for a quick dinner fix. The kids enjoyed it so maybe its a 5 afterall. Nah, but a darn good 4!

I didn't make the gnocci, I made the cinnamon butter for a meal I was making and it was delicious! Great to top on pancakes, waffles, pasta, and plain toasted bread!

As everyone says, you need to use less butter - I would say between 1/2-3/4 of the specified amount. Also, when she says sugar to taste, it definitely needed more sugar. My first taste was just like dough and butter. It was okay, but not spectacular.
