Made these last year for Christmas Eve and they were a huge hit! Definitely making again this year. Thanks Giada!

Simple, yet great recipe. Love the softness of the goat/cream cheeses along with the crust of the crostini. The fresh herbs are a great accent, and that hint of lemon zest at the end is a great surprise when first eaten.

I've made these several times when hosting dinner parties and everyone loves them. The last time I made them, I had a set of parents with their 2 children (8 and 4 years old. I had made the kids their own appetizer thinking they wouldn't even touch the Goat Cheese Tarts. All the adults were shocked at how much the 8 year old loved them.

I had a bridal shower for a friend of mine and made these as part of the menu. My guests raved about them and I had none left! Delicious!

This was a wonderful starter for a mother's day party - I took the advice of others and used ricotta rather than cream cheese - it was just perfect!!

I made these tonight and everyone loved them. I cut the recipe in half and it made enough for 6 people as an appetizer.

I thought the goat cheese was rather bland. It definitely was lacking. I served it at a dinner party with two other appetizers. The other two were gone. While everyone tried the goat cheese toasts, I noticed they only tried one. Would not make this again without seriously changing the recipe.
