    This was my second attempt at risotto, which is fast becoming one of my favorite new techniques. The cheese and wine in this recipe absolutely puts it over the top...and makes for fantastic leftovers!

    I attemped risotto once about 10 maybe 15 years ago.I didn't like it, nor did my husband.I've never ordered it in a restaraunt because I thought I didn't like it.Decided to give it another shot and hopefully see what all the shouting was about.I loved it, my husband went back for seconds. It is wonderful to have another go to dish. Will definately make it again and again. thank you Giada.

    This was my first time making rositto and not only was it fantastic, it was really very easy. My husbands is not a huge fan of mushrooms and he still loved this dish! I don't think you will be disappointed either!

    I never write reviews, but this was so delicious. First timer here with Gorgonzola, man is it delicious! I added peas and asparagus tips in as well and it's fantastic. Will make again!

    Esay, and judged reasonably authentic by those who are familiar with risotto ( which I am not Needs more salt than the recipe instructs.

    I would vary the amount of gorgonzola based on your tastes. This dish can be very strong if you use the full amount.
