The salad was very easy to make and it turned out very good. I didn't have all the ingredients, but I liked it a lot.
I will definitely make it again.

The only thing I added was some crumbled blue cheese. This salad was
light, refreshing and simply delicious!

I am glad I made this as it was different and it is fun to try new recipes. I agree with previous poster that it would have been easier to eat if grapefruit was cut into segments. The overall taste was not to our liking and I won't make it again.

Great flavor in this salad, and so simple to make. I suggest sectioning the grapefruit into smaller sections to make it easier to eat. This will be one of our favorite salads. So different and such complex but fresh flavor.
