This was easy and tasted great. I was able to find good fresh fruit in January and the Grapefruit Zabaglione just topped off the dish. Happy Family!

Three stars because I was a bit disappointed with the taste. It was a way too egg-tasting even though I put a little more juice than called for. However, since the recipe is so easy to make and not very hard on the budget, I will try again, except next time, I'll try using some sort of juice concentrate to overcome the egg taste.

...Yet fancy enough for guests. Healthy and light, but still hits that sweet tooth! I used Splenda instead of sugar and it was still great. Thanks once again Giada! Love it!

I have made this recipe a number of times for company and I am always asked for the recipe. It is a real crowd pleaser....and not too fattening.

I have made it ahead of time and put it in the fridge for a few hours with the plastic very close to the zabaglione. I actually like it a little better this way since it gives the zabaglione time to set and become a little thicker.

This was incredibly easy and incredibly delicious. I used frozen berries and defrosted them--it's less expensive! Awesome recipe, thank you!!

I usually don't like adding anything to berries but this is a very light, delicate, and sweet topping. I wouldn't make this all the time but very good once in awhile. Delicious!

After a very nice meal, this desert made everybody forget about dinner. Even my boyfriend who doesn't like grapefruit could not believe the sauce was made out grapefruit. It is delicate and an elegant desert.

I usually give 5 stars to all Giada's recipes but I did not care for this one. Maybe I did something wrong or maybe I just don't like zabaglione this was my first time trying it. It seemed like it was going to be really good but it had a weird eggy aftertaste that kind of grossed me out.
