This dish was tasty and full of flavor. My family loved it, and I would make it for guests as well.
    Thanks, Giada!

D-Lish!!!....I browned, seasoned and drained the excess fat off of the lamb first. Then proceded with the recipe. Giada's take on this bechamel sauce is just right. Loved the greek yogurt addition. This recipe is much lighter and less fatty than others I have made. Will make again!!! Thanks Giada, I love your recipes.

Great and tasty dish. Hubby did not expect the liquidy milk mixture with 3 cups of parm. to infuse the dish with such great cheese taste and flavor. (Did have to go to the butcher shop for the ground lamb. Keeper. Thanks Giada!

My husband and I both really enjoyed this dish. I couldn't find ground lamb so I used ground beef instead. After reading the reviews, I went a little easy on the spices. I just eyeballed it and added a little less than required. I also used fontina cheese instead of parmesan because I had a feeling the parmesan would make the sauce too rich. The fontina is much creamer and less salty and gives the dish a more sublte cheese flavor.

Well yes, it is a heavy dish. But use PORTION CONTROL.. and you will be fine and not overly full. I made this although opted for bowtie pasta instead of egg noodles and ground turkey instead of lamb. This was great. Its something you make once in a while.. serve with some salad and its amazing. HUGE hit at my home. Something you have once in a while.. but so delish!

I made this dish for my family and friends (I actually doubled the recipe one night and, from the two pans I made, there were very few left-overs. It's easy to make, absolutely delicious, and worth the time and effort!

It's an ok dish, the flavors are good I also cut the spices in half because of the reviews.. BUT I don't see any other reviews saying this; it is a very HEAVY dish. MAKE sure you only have a little bit otherwise you will feel like a lead ball for the rest of the day It is deceiving because it's good and you tend to eat a lot, but DON"T.

Really enjoyed this!! I did cut the spice mixture in half this time around as these spices were not ones I am used to...it was great :0 The cream sauce makes the dish all come together.

I liked it a lot. It is pretty easy to make and my family loves it. (The most important part. I have made this twice already. I made it with hamburger instead of lamb.
