Delicious!!! So light, way better than greasy pizza weighed down by sauce and cheese. We will defiantly be making this again!!!

I suppose I rushed into making this after seeing the show and my spouse commenting about it looking good. It was flavorful and enjoyed by everyone. I feel it was helped by the fact that I used a homemade dough that I have a lot of success with rather than store bought. On the other hand, April prices were $2.50-$2.99 spinach, $3.50 Feta, $2.00 mint, $4.00 for two leeks. We just hit $12.00 food cost for one pizza before counting evoo and dough. In a restaurant I'd have to price it about $39 to hit my target costs! As a small family meal (meatless, too the raw ingredient cost alone was far heavier than we would have hoped or guessed. Probably won't be making this a second time until I can get the cost down...

The unusual flavors in this recipe sounded intriguing,but I love Greek food (albeit with a twist, so made this for dinner tonight. Super easy to make, uses fresh clean ingredients, and didn't take long to come out of the oven. Absolutely loved it! This pizza had a lovely flavor and just the right amount of saltiness. I used less spinach than the recipe called for, but it still turned out just fabulous. My kids and husband ate it, and though the kids did sit there picking at the 'green stuff' they still ate more than they would have if it weren't in a pizza form. My husband and I wished I had made a double recipe -it was that good! Don't skimp on the garlic. Will for sure be making this again.

This pizza is out of this world! Really an incredible combination of flavors that I had never before thought to put together. I skipped the salt but followed the rest of the recipe and it came out better than any restaurant pizza I've had. It's now on the menu at my house every month!

It was delicious. My 8yr said it was the only way he was going to eat spinach for now on. I do agree about going easy on the salt due to the feta cheese
