I recently brought this dish to a Christmas cocktail party and it was a huge hit. It was visually appealing and tasted delicious. I used panko breadcrumbs and thought it added a lot of texture to the "stuffing." If you happen to buy the huge portobello mushroom caps, I would suggest grilling for a lot longer than indicated in this recipe. Grilling longer really brought out the flavor of the mushroom.

Very good , followed recipe exactly will make again for sure. I thought the gorganzola may be too strong as my boyfriend does not like strong cheeses but the combination of everything was perfect, he ate two.

These are so good! I decorated them with roasted red peppers - they are just so brown. I have some leftover stuffing - any ideas?

I made these for a dinner party and they were a hit! I used pork sausage, and half of what the recipe called for. Also, I don't have a grill, but a skillet worked just fine for heating the mushrooms. It was delish! Very customizable too! My guests were very impressed!

I searched high and low for a grilled potabella mushroom receipe and finally came accross this receipe and OMG!!! I followed the receipe as written, and next time will only make one change, which will be adding some bell pepper as some other reveiwers have stated. This receipe is definely a keeper.

I've made them a couple times and absolutely love them! I use cream cheese in place of mascarpone because it's cheaper. I also added some chopped roasted red peppers for another layer of flavor, and they were great in them. They look beautiful when done and taste just as good. Definately a keeper!

Our family likes grilled portobello mushooms a great deal and over the years I have made a variety of recipes. I have to say that this recipe was very rich and filling. The mascapone and gorgonzola were wonderful. The only substitution I made was to use panko instead of bread crumbs. Our daughter described it as "decadent". Comes highly recommended!

I made these for Mother's Day and they were gone super fast. My family really enjoyed them and they look awesome. Good presentation on a platter. I did use dry herbs instead of fresh and I would next time use less of the herbs..My family didn't feel the same way and thought they were perfect. Also, my grocery store didn't have turkey sausage so I bought mild pork sausage. Super delicious!!
