Served these for a dinner party and they were a hit. Minor changes: cream cheese and blue cheese because I had them on hand and Mascarpone can be pricey. Vegetarian Sausage + Fennel seeds for Italian Sausage flavor (we are vegheads. Will definitely make these again and play with the ingredients for fun. It's a good basic recipe that lends to individual creativity and varying flavors!

These are soooooo good! I cook them in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 if the grill isn't on. Great appetizer or accompaniment to a steak. YUM!

I READ THE REVIEWS AFTER I MADE THIS & I WOULD AGREE WITH SOME OF THE VIEWERS THAT THE GORGONZOLA CHEESE IS A BIT OVERWHELMING, I WOULD ONLY ADD A LITTLE TO THE TOP OR MAYBE USE ANOTHER CHEESE ALTOGETHER, ALSO I WOULD USE CREAM CHEESE TO SAVE MONEY INSTEAD OF THE MASCARPONE CHEESE.

This meal is very simple, has few ingredients, and has so much flavor! Substituted both cheeses with cream cheese and blue cheese as they are cheaper and available in almost an store!! This came out so delicious and it is definately going to be a hit with everyone!

I tweaked this recipe to my own liking a bit, but it turned out unbelievably delicious!! I used vegetarian soy crumbles instead of the turkey sausage and I used gruyere cheese in place of the gorgonzola, otherwise I used everything else as the recipe called for. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone, very good!

I NEVER THOUGHT MY HUSBAND WOULD EAT THESE AS HE IS SUSPICIOUS OF STRANGE FOOD BUT HE LOVED THEM AND SO DID I. I USED ITALIAN SAUSAGE INSTEAD OF TURKEY AND I USED CORNBREAD DRESSING AND I USED CHEDDAR CHEESE BECAUSE MY HILLBILLY WALMART DID NOT HAVE GORGONZOLA. THEY WERE STILL GREAT. I AM MAKING THEM AGAIN TONIGHT AND I AM USING ALL GIADA'S INGREDIENTS EXCEPT I AM USING ITALIAN SAUSAGE AGAIN.

These are wonderful! We used Italian Sausage instead of Turkey Sausage. Also, next time we will use cream cheese rather than mascarpone due to the price of mascarpone. We did not grill them due to the weather and they were still great!

Perfect start to our dinner party. Easy to assemble and very yummy. We finished it under the broiler and I highly recommend that. Turkey sausage was a hit!
