I made these on New Year's Eve and they were spectacular. I made two versions - one without the sausage for our vegetarian friends and one with sausage (I used Italian sausage not turkey sausage to rave reviews. They are fantastic, easy and completely yummy! Cindy, Ottawa

I made them for new year's eve dinner and everyone loved them! My only problem was that the gorgonzola was not melting as quickly as I needed them to. So, I put them into the broiler for 5min. and that did the trick! Another excellent recipe from Giada!!

The stuffing had great flavor. I made the stuffing the day before and just re heated it on med-low heat before stuffing the mushrooms. Next time I would use baby portobello mushrooms rather than the larger onces. I think its easier to eat when you are serving a large crowd. I did use less of the Gorgonzola cheese as other suggested and sprinkled pamesan cheese on the top before placing them under the broiler. everyone was impressed. It did take longer to grill the mushrooms than I thought. I used my grill pan. My husband seared them with sherry.

So good and easy to prepare. My 12 year old son smelled this as I prepared the stuffing and loved how it smelled but then turned up his nose saying he didn't like mushrooms when he saw them on the grill. He agreed to at least try one...he's hooked and asking when I can make these yummy mushrooms again! Go figure?

Just made these last night for a holiday party and everyone really enjoyed them. I used chicken italian sausage instead of turkey and I used baby bella mushrooms instead of the gigantic portobello that my grocery store had available. Since I had the smaller mushrooms I did not grill, instead I baked in dish for 15 min with just a little water in the bottom. Will definitely keep this recipe! Thanks!!

My husband and I made these and they were awesome. For nascarphone cheese we used cream cheese and added fresh chives. We loved this recipe and will make it again. I can see alot of different things to add and think they will still be awesome.

I made these yesterday for a party at the suggestion of my 11 year old son who saw these being made on TV. The recipe was easy to make and incredibly delicious. I would recommend this recipe to everyone and I will absoloutely make this again.

These mushrooms are incredible! (I didn't want the turkey sausage in mine though because we made this dish to accompany a fish main course. They are very tender and the breadcrumbs fill you up fast! Excellent recipe that was a hit with my boyfriend and I am sure I will use it again!

So, I didn't have mascarpone cheese or turkey sausage...here's what I did instead: I used ground turkey and added some finely chopped onion, sage, thyme and fennel. Instead of mascarpone cheese I used ricotta cheese. It tasted wonderful!! I definitely see this recipe being an EASY crowd pleaser in the future!
