    The dipping sauce for these artichokes was to die for! I loved the hint of rosemary on the artichokes. Grilling them is such a nice alternative to the usual preparation. Thanks for another great recipe, Giada! :

    These artichokes are so incredibly delicious! I tested them for myself before taking to a potluck, & couldn't get enough! And healthy too! Thanks to Giada for her always wonderful recipes.

    This is a wonderful recipe. We love artichokes and always eat them the same way- steamed with lemon aoli. This was such a refreshing and elegant change of pace.

    I usually stuff artichokes with a cheese & bread crumb filling which makes this vegetable very fattening, but quite tasty. This recipe not only tastes fantastic, but is healthy for you also.

    I thought these were soooo tasty!! My 10 and 7 year old picky eaters even loved them! They would also be good dipped in clarified butter! Yum!

    I love artichokes and I love this recipe. The artichokes have a wonderful smoky flavor. The vinaigrette added a light, softly sweet, seductive flavor. Thank you for this great recipe!
