I was a little skeptical about this recipe but I tried it tonight and everyone really loved it. Very tasty and very healthy. The marinade added a hint of lemon and complimented the cheese and melon without overpowering the salad. I will definitely make this salad again. It's a beautiful addition to any meal.

My family really enjoyed this recipe. It is so colorful and really was a conversation piece at dinner. Great summer recipe and I will definitely make this again.

I loved this dish. I never would have thought to put all of these ingredients together and the textures were awesome. I served this as a side dish with baked chicken thighs. Yummy!
I am excited to try more of these recipes!

I tried it and found it very very good. I don't eat meat and I'm allergic to pine nuts so I crumbled some fakin bacon on mine and eliminated the pine nuts. My husband really loved it also.

A great salad, as you can prepare it ahead of time and it is very colorful. I always substitute bacon, because that is what I have on hand and prefer. I also used a sweeter vinaigrette - had avacado oil on hand and it really made everything pop, also added a little agave to better blend with the sweetness of the melon.

Looks great and tastes great. Different combination, but isn't that what cooking is about?

Yum! I am making this tomorrow night for New Year's Eve as a side dish with my Prime Rib, sauteed mushrooms and au jus. A burst of fresh colors and wonderful flavors in one dish!

My New Year's Day late afternoon dish is Giada's wonderful roasted citrus-herb game hens, which has become a favorite recipe of mine.

All the parts tasted great... just not together. Very odd mix of flavors that was pretty on the plate and rough on the palate.
