Followed the recipe exactly but it was very disappointing. It was very bland. It looked beautiful though.

I served this on Easter with a Crown Roast of Pork. It was very seasonal and light. I'll make this again.

i made this as a recommendation from my friend. it is a very tasty salad - and something different to have. she suggests using butter lettuce instead of the grilled asparagus, which i did and it was great - much easier than asparagus too! i would make this again, it is a nice summer dish. a ripe melon really makes it shine

Earthy asparagus, sweet melon, soft creamy mozzarella, chewy pine nuts, and salty-sweet pancetta (my stand-in for prosciutto, which I forgot to buy on that day whose savor bleeds into the light, lemony dressing made using fruity extra virgin. This has a real 70s look and feel to it. A real standout treat!

I make this for my clients all the time and they LOVE it! A few changes to simplify it would be to cut the asparagus on a diagonal after grilling and toss it with the cantaloupe and mini mozzarella balls. Then toss with salt and pepper, lemon juice and olive oil to taste. Omit the nuts and just add the crispy prosciutto on top. Sweet & Salty...very nice recipe!
