This recipe really caught my eye. I love to try new and unexpected dishes and this fit the bill. I had a friend over for lunch and served this salad as our first course. I really was surprised at how well the flavors worked together. I followed the receipe exactly and it was perfect. It looked beautiful on the plate, and it tated supurb. I will make this again and again!

I served this as my salad and veggie alongside grilled salmon and it was a big hit! Loved the dressing, nice and light and so easy! The crisp prociutto on top added crunch and a salty flavor. Will definately do this again - espcially for a luncheon for the girlfriends

This was soooo good. My husband couldn't stop eating it. The prosciutto was a little salty for me, but it was the first time I had it. It tasted fresh and unusual. I roasted the asparagus instead of grilling it though, and it was delicious.

The perfect dish to remind you that Spring is not far away! I usually improv on most recipes, but followed this one exactly... how can ya possibly mess w/ a Giada masterpiece!? Super simple & DE-LISH!!! Made this for Girls' Night w/ tomato basil soup & "egg salad & smoked salmon tartines", also found on FN.com- YUM! The perfect light & tasty meal. My boyfriend was very thankful for leftovers! We can't wait to make this dish again on a hot Summer night!

What a tasty and different salad. All the flavors blend very well together and it's not hard to put together. The added bonus is that everyone will think you are very creative! Thanks Giada

I made this for our Bowling Friends Supper Club. It was easy and a huge hit. It makes a lovely presentation, too. The husbands loved it and the wives all asked for the recipe.

This is a wonderful dish to "wow" your guests. It is very easy to throw together, and the flavors are so good. Perfect for a summer BBQ party. I actually made this with honeydew melon rather than cantelope - it was great.

We love this recipe. My husband doesn't even like canteloupe, and he loves this recipe. Give it a shot even though the ingredients sound a little funny at first.

I have small children who really liked the recipe. However, for ease of eating, I cut the asparagus into bite sized pieces after grilling and tossed all the ingredients together. It wasn't a "pretty" as the pictured presentation, but it sure was easier for small mouths to handle. Yummy!
