    I made this the other day after seeing it on TV. I followed the recipe exactly except I did not have prochuto(sp? so I used crispy bacon. This was sooooo good. I think next time or for a large gathering or potluck I would grill the asparagus and then cut them into bit size pices and mix the whole thing together to serve it family style. Great textures and flavor and could pair well with SO MANY things!

    This recipe was so good! At first i was a little unsure but after everything came together it was amazing and it looks beautiful plated up. Dont hesitate on making this one, go for it!

    This salad was very easy to make. We loved the combination of flavours and textures. The crispy prosciutto added the perfect crunch and saltiness to the melon, asparagus and cheese. We ate this with salmon and the salad dressing was also a perfect compliment to the fish. I can't wait to make this for friends and family. They'll be blown away! Thanks Giada!

    I made this for tonight's party and everyone loved the flavor combination. I personally loooved the crispy prosciutto. Giada, you make me look good in front of my friends! Love you!

    Tonight I made this and the fusilli with spicy pesto... both were a hit!
    The lemon/olive oil on the melon and mozerella was a great flavor, everyone liked it! This was really easy to prepare, it was the most popular dish of the entire dinner.
