    Very delicious. The chicken very flavorful, and the added basil sauce, a perfect combination. I used a whole cut up chicken which worked well. I think it is very important to marinate the chicken for at least an hour preferably more. I'll share this recipe with all my friends. The perfect summer main course. Simple too!

    I've been making this recipe for several years and it is one of my very favorite chicken dishes. The longer you marinate the chicken, the better! And, the basil dressing is so fresh and pairs perfectly with the grilled chicken - which always turns out very, very moist. Just this past weekend, I used this exact recipe with a loin of pork, and it was just as good! Don't hesitate to try this recipe...you'll definitely add it to your rotation of favorite recipes!
