This was so good! I'm kind of suprised because spinach pesto didn't sound all that flavorful, but this was great. The toasted pine nuts, lemon, and parmesan added so much flavor. I'm really glad to have the extra frozen pesto for a quickie meal next time. In the future, I may try to use slightly less oil to cut the fat calories. Oh, and thank you to the reviewer who suggested serving this with Lemon Spagetti. They were to-die-for together!!!

This was a wonderful pesto and so easy to make! This would be a wonderful dish to serve friends for dinner when you want to serve a fancy meal without a lot of fuss.

The key to this tasting great is a good olive oil--we enjoy the Goya extra virgin. If you love pesto and lemon you'll love this!!

I loved this. My husband and son didn't like it as much as I did and said it was a little too lemony so I brought it down to four stars. Very easy and healthy, too.

This was good, but it needs something and I'm not sure what.

This recipe is great but you have to follow your taste. For me didnt call for the amount of basil I love.

This recipe was very easy. Based on other reviews, I added in 2 cloves of garlic - I love garlic! I also put in a bit of extra parmesan, and served it over whole wheat pasta. My boyfriend joked that if I keep serving him amazing meals like this one, he'll marry me! Thanks!
