    I actually seasoned the chicken with Italian dressing as well and then broiled it. The pesto was wonderful. Great Recipe!

    This is such an easy recipe that is packed full of flavor. I usually pair it with the Lemon Spaghetti.

    I tried this recipe for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it!! The spinach flavor melded nicely with the lemon juice, pine nuts and olive oil. This wonderful summer dish and very easy to make. Thanks Giada!!!
