This dish was just excellent, the pesto was delicious and worked so well with the chicken. And plus it is healthy for you too!

I wish I had tried this recipe sooner! The pesto recipe I know I will make a lot because it is simple and very flavorful!

I thought this recipe was just ok. The chicken was perfect but the pesto was a bit too lemony for my personal taste. The pesto definitely had a nice consistency and creaminess to it which my boyfriend loved, but next time I'd add a little less lemon flavor.

This was really quick and easy. I can't afford the pine nuts so I used walnuts instead and it still tasted wonderful. I made 5 chicken breasts instead of two and doubled the pesto recipe - the proportions worked out beautifully. Pile that pesto on high folks!!

I have made this recipe a few times now, and it turns out great every time! I change it slightly by cooking the chicken in the pan, and then I bake in the oven with the pesto. It's so light and refreshing. I have even used this with pasta, and the pesto is great!

Very easy and tasty. I really love classic pesto with basil and pine nuts, but making this pesto with the spinach was a nice twist.

This pesto was A-MAZ-ING!! The best pesto I've ever had! I did make just a couple of alteration, but I think it would be just as wonderful as-is. My alterations were: Instead of 2 cups of spinach, I used 1 and 1/2 cups spinach and 1/2 basil (because I LOVE basil. Also, I also just a little bit of garlic salt. I will be making this pesto often! It was great on the chicken, but could be put on pretty much anything. I had a little less than half of the pesto left over and I am going to freeze it for another night!
