So yummy & healthy! When Pine Nuts aren't around I have used walnuts....Pesto is great on pizza too!

Excellent and so easy. My sons loved this dish. The Pesto was so simple to make. Finished dinner in no time., Served it with Ina Garten';s Greek Salad - fabulous. Highly recommended - both dishes.

Delicious! I added some garlic to the recipe, and it was great. Next time I'll try stuffing the chicken and using this pesto sauce.

This was SO good! I've finally found a pesto recipe that I love. I did add some fresh basil and garlic powder, but that was only because I didn't want the basil to go to waist and I put some form of garlic in almost everything!

Perfect! I totally forgot to add the cheese to the pesto but still turned out yummy plus I guess i cutted out some extra calories by not adding the cheese. My husband liked it too!

I loved this from the word go. The house smells heavenly when toasting the pine nuts. And I love the healthy aspect of spinach in the pesto> But I must admit I miss the basil-ness of the pesto. So, I throw in just a little (enough to give it the scent of basil and touch of flavor. I chop it and the spinach in the food processor first, then add all the other ingredients. Gives me the benefit of the veggie, as well as the cost-saving aspect of not using exclusively basil. (You can use fresh or dried. It is so to-die-for this way!! Thanks for the great recipe Giada.

forgot about the parmesan, at first. so when i tasted it, i thought it needed more flavor. added garlic. but then remembered the parmesan and added it too. turned out a little to salty, but delicious regardless. i'll make this again.

I don't like it as much as a regular pesto but it is still very good and it's a cheeper version of the real thing. Nice!!

I added lemon zest and juice to the chicken as well to create more layers of flavor. This is a great recipe!

My best friend and I were having a sleepover, and we didn't know what we wanted to do for dinner other than the fact that we didn't wanna order a pizza. Since we're both getting our first apartments next year, we also need the cooking experience! So we saw the comments about this being fast, easy, and delicious. And it SO is! If two 19 year old girls with 0 cooking experience (only baking, haha can do this, so can you! : I could bathe in the pesto! And we used the leftover spinach for our side salad. Healthy, scrumptious, easy. Everything you could ask for. I love Giada! :
