This recipe is so easy and came out so well! The spinach in the pesto really gave it a great taste. Everything was done in less than 30 minutes. Love it!!!

I followed the recommendation to add garlic and the pesto turned out great! I actually tried it with pasta and my family loved it. We've used it on chicken, dips, and spreads.

This recipe is the best one I have tried yet and it is so easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly but I added a clove of garlic and it is so insanely good! All of the flavors go so good together, I am not sure why some people said the flavors do not go together. The pesto is so good, I made extra to put on crackers. You will not be disappointed if you make this, I swear by it!!

This dish was incredibly fast and easy to make and it was really fresh and delicious. I'm not the greatest fan of a basil-based pesto so I really enjoyed the mildness of the spinach paired with the lemon. I just pan-cooked my chicken breasts and tossed some of the extra pesto with whole-wheat angel hair. My husband and I really loved it - he said he can eat it very often.

My husband and I loved this recipe. The pesto was delicious. I did add 1 clove of garlic to the pesto. We heaped it upon the chicken and loved it! It was a quick dinner and I always appreciate that. I plan on finishing off the pesto with some crackers. Yum.

Super Easy to make, I had my boyfriend do the work and he loves Pesto. The mix of flavor and use of spinach vs. basil was a really nice change.

I tired this and also the lemon spaghetti recipe on the same night. It was a party in your mouth. The lemon flavors in the 2 recipes complement each other so well. By far, one of my favorite recipes ever! I did add 2 cloves of garlic to the spinach pesto for some extra flavor.

This recipe is delicious and easy. The pesto sauce could very easily be paired with a meaty fish, some jumbo shrimp or even a steak. The lemon juice and zest mixed with the fresh spinach give it a bright taste. I recommened a little bit of garlic...maybe a half fresh clove.

Other than that, it's perfect as is.

Oh, and we had it with pasta. I would have gone with angel hair, but fettucini was what we had on hand. No harm done, but lighter would have been better.
