    A great tasting creamed corn version. Easy enough to make, perfect consistency, plus the parmesan flavor was spot on - not overpowering. I served it with My Recipes Roast Pork Tenderloin with Plum Barbecue sauce and steamed zucchini. Delicioso Giada!

    I made shepards pie for dinner tonight and made the grilled cream corn with parmesan to use in my otherwise regular recipe. I usually use canned cream corn. I'll never use canned corn again. This was undoubtedly the best shepards pie I have ever made. The "secret" is the cream corn recipe.

    very good, I used skim milk and still very good, also added cilantro instead of parsley(I love cilantro in just about anything!, very, very good!

    grilled corn...what's not to like!! i thought this was delicious! definitely will be making it again soon! although i think i'll try next time with reduced fat milk and see how that is.

    This dish is absolutely delicious. I've been looking for a good cream corn recipe for a long time and I finally found it. I substitued 1 cup of frozen corn for 1 corn husk.

    Love the recipe! I also substitute cream and whole milk with reduced fat milk. Hey, there's enough calories from butter and corn, right? I also reduce the cheese quantity. Still is was really tasty. My husband love it too. I'm thinking I'm going to use this to fill some empanadas.
