    The grilled corn added a nice smoky flavor. I used just a little less pecorino romano than the recipie called for, but the corn stayed crispy even a couple days later. A huge hit in my household! We are always looking for ways to keep the corn in creamed corn crispy!

    The Pecorino Romano cheese killed it for me, it was too strong ,next time I will use provolone instead.
