    I omitted the cayenne but added lemon zest and the juice of one lemon. It was insanely delicious... Got rave reviews from my guests!

    I have not usually enjoyed lamb, but this recipe makes the lamb taste wonderful. We grill the chops outside.

    We tried this recipie with lamb chops from B&B Cabrito. They turned out great, if you love lamb you gotta try this!

    Amazing recipe. I used black pepper instead of cayenne and dried herbs instead of fresh and the rosemary flavor was intense--which we loved. Definite new favorite.
