This was my first try at cooking lamb and it came out great. The flavors were awesome. I served this to my husband and sister and both loved it as well. I would recommend cooking maybe 1 minute longer than posted in the receipe as med. rare came out really rare.

I am not a huge fan of lamb but I wanted to make a traditional meat for Easter. These chops were moist and full of flavor. Not a single one left on the platter! I will make this again and again. Thanks Giada!!

These were delicious. I'm not a big fan of rosemary, but I still loved the combo of flavors. I definitely used sea salt, you could really taste the difference. I would also recommend making double the marinade -- even with a mini processor, there wasn't enough to process properly. I ended up turning onto a board and chopping. Thanks Giada!

Without a doubt, the best meat I've ever made. It was so tender and delicious. During dinner, I was reminded of that fried chicken scene in "What About Bob" where Bill Murray is "mmmmmmm"ing so loud and so often that everyone at the table can't keep from laughing. That is exactly what it was like at my Easter table! I served this with horseradish mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus... fantastic.

When my husband called his father to boast about the wonderful dinner we had last night, I knew I had a winner! I'll definetly make this one again!

Nothing about this dish is difficult, and if you enjoy lamb, it's spectacular.

This didn't really have enough flavor for me and I marinated them longer than what was suggested. Good flavor, just not enough.

This made a wonderful New Years Eve meal. Very easy and fantastic flavor. Just enough rosemary flavor without being overpowering as with some recipes
