This was a very nice recipe. It was quick, easy and very tasty. I followed the directions and marinated the lamb chops with the paste around 3 hours. The grill pan worked fantastic. They cooked perfect and were very flavorful. My husband raved thru dinner. Not a chop was left on the serving plate. He gave it his salute....5 stars. Thank you Giada for another great recipe.

the spices inhanced the taste of the lamb. mint jelly is a good addition.

These was awesome. I marinated them for about 1 1/2 hours and then cooked them on the grill until med. rare. My husband and I enjoyedd them tremendously. One of the best Lamb Chops we have EVER had.

My husband and I loved this recipe. But we were still hungry afterwards even though we paid $20 for six lamb chops. Oh well, that has nothing to do with the recipe which was outstanding.

I've made this several times, including for company over the 4th. They had never had lamb before and thought this was amazing. Thanks for making me look so good! I read the other review about using the rub marinade for pork. I can't wait to try that next.
