ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! I FOLLOWED THE RECIPE JUST AS WRITTEN AND THEN COOKED THEM ON THE GRILL. WE ALL AGREED THAT THIS RECIPE PRODUCED THE TASTIEST LAMB CHOPS WE EVER ATE. I MARINATED THEM FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS AND THEN TOOK THEM OUT TO GET TO ROOM TEMP. DON'T MISS THIS RECIPE---I JUST REPLACED MY AGES OLD MEDTHOD WITH THIS ONE. ANOTHER ADVANTAGE TO THIS RECIPE IS JUST GETTING TO SEE THE BEAUTIFUL GIADA SMILING BACK AT YOU---LOVE THAT GIRL! IT WOULD HAVE RATED MORE STARS IF POSSIBLE.

WOW! So simple and yet so delicious! The cooking times were spot on and I cooked my chops on a gas grill. Mouth watering :

I made this recipe for my fiance and I for Valentines Day. I marinated the chops overnight, and since my chops were about an inch thick, I grilled them about a minute longer on either side to get them to medium rare. I also served them with the "Honey & Mascarpone" sauce recipe from Giada's "rack of lamb" recipe. TOTALLY AWESOME. we loved these and I will absolutely make them again!

We've made this recipe at least 3 times and LOVE it! I haven't changed anything about it as it's wonderful! So easy and extremely FLAVORFUL! I will note that we've marinated the chops longer than an hour - typically 3. We will continue to make this going forward

This recipe was great! Served it with porcini mushroom risotto and grilled zucchini.

I made this many times over the last couple years, and most recently for Christmas dinner with a few of my own changes to the recipe. This is such a great meal even my 6 yr old devours it. There's never any leftover with this dish.

The blast of Rosemary blended with the Lamb was Amazing. This was my first time actually cooking lamb, and it went great with rice and broccoli.

Not a big fan of lamb chops but enjoyed this recipe. Left the chops a little rare and everyone liked them.

So good! The marinade was so easy and quick to prepare earlier in the day. My family was raving about the taste and it reminded me of the lamb dish I had at one of my favorite restaurants. I was trying to copy that restaurant's preparation and I think I got close. I scored the fat (diagonally in just one direction, fairly deep before I marinaded and then cooked them in a skillet to sear them on all sides, including fat side down. The fat crisps and plumps up to a little frill that looks pretty and tastes amazing.

I modified the recipe to make a slight SE Asian fusion - this was an outcome of not having one of the ingredients and a matter of subcontinental taste buds. Here's what I did.
I did not have thyme. I made the paste with dried rosemary, turmeric, whole dried red pepper, garlic, mint leaves and Olive Oil. The lamb was marinated for about 3 hours and then grilled medium rare. It was awesome...
