These were the EASIEST and most FLAVORABLE lamb chops!!! And so QUICK too!
Giada is by far The Best!! That girl just knows what flavors go together and every recipe I have made of hers has been Excellant....and I've made a LOT of them!

I have always been a little hesitant to prepare lamb but when I spotted them at the market, they called out to me. So I came to this site and found this simple and delicious recipe. Can't wait to make them again! Lamb is our new favorite!!!

I had never prepared lamb, my 14 yr. old son requested it after seeing this show.(I'm actually surprised he heard anything, I thought he just sat with me to look at Giada.. It was fabulous, easy, and I felt like an old pro with lamb. We've made it a few different ways, this preparation is still my favorite.

We grilled these up for a holiday party and even the men are still raving over these and asking for the recipe! Bought the baby lamb chops at Sam's Club and used the gas grill, AMAZING, placed them on a platter of rosemary leaves, so beautiful and festive, a sure-fire way to impress ALL your guests, we will make these again and again!

I have made this recipe for clients and my dinner club. Rave reviews always! I also prepare petit filet the same way and pair with a baby lamb chop on a small plate! Lot's of ooos and aaahs! This recipe is so Tuscan it's amazing!

I am by no means a lamb eater...however my husband is. So as an anniversary dinner I made him lamb chops utilizing this recipe. Well now I make him lamb chops at least twice a month...we like to call this recipe..."Sexy Lamb Chops". Thanks Giada!
