My family loved these, even the children wanted more, and easy as can be to make.

I made this recipe for Easter dinner. I did not use lamb chops however, but a leg of lamb (2lbs. It was simply simply amazing. I marinade the lamb the day before and baked it at 325 degrees for 1 hours. It was perfectly done and finger licking good. Beleive it or not there were not left overs. My family ate themselves to "stuffed".

I have made this simple dish several times, always with amazing results! It works well with any cut of lamb. The mixture of herbs, garlic and olive oil is just right, cuts out all of the "gameness" of the lamb. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I made this recipe the other night both my husband and I loved it. It was my first time making lamb, and I was nervous it would taste gamey. It was cooked to perfection. Her cooking times were spot on, even for my stovetop grill pan. Yummy!

Absolutely loved this recipe, very tasty and simple. Open the windows though, it will get a bit smokey if you use a grill pan!! My hubby and I cleaned our plates.

Used lamb shoulder chops w/ marrow, marinated for time + extra w/fresh rosemary, thyme - excellent. I used the outside grill, and they turned out great, although I would suggest that you use caution, so you don't overcook chops.
