    I followed recipe to a "T"
    Fresh and easy! I would add red onions to the pepper/mushroom mix next time for our personal taste. This one's a keeper!!! Thanks Giada!

    Great marinade! Have used it for shrimp and veggie kabobs too. Try leaving out two lemons and using an orange, it's delicious.

    This has become my go to recipe for entertaining in the summer. I use rice instead of orzo and it is delicious!

    I made this entire recipe this summer for a gathering. I did use saffron threads....and have extra saffron so I guess I'll have to make it again!

    Excellent. I used only chicken breasts as I do not like thighs. I did not have saffron so I made the orzo with just the parsley and it was still a great dish for summer meal.

    The grilled chicken was juicy and tender. I used portobello muchrooms, zuchinni,sliced red onion and peppers dressed with the marinade. It came out delicious!
