This was outstanding! The marinade was so fresh. I let the meat sit for over an hour so the lemon juice "cooked" the shrimp quite a bit. I should have not grilled them for very long - they were a little rubbery. I did not have the smoked salt but this sounds interesting for next time. It was such a beautiful presentation (one platter service like Giada prepared on show. It would be a show stopper at your summer BBQ.

I watched Giada make this last night and ran out this morning to gather up ingredients. The chicken & shrimp were very moist, better than most marinades we use. Thanks
