Made with large shrimp, zuccini, squash, mushrooms and asparagus. Put the marinade on the veggies as well as the shrimp. It turned out amazingly good!

The marinade really makes this dish what it is. I made it for a large group of friends and they ate all the vegetables. I now use the marinade for everything and everyone always requests the corn with the delicious marinade for bbq's!! Giada is BEST

This is our go to marinade. It's always perfect and is so quick and easy using things we always have on hand. I like to add some fresh chopped up cilantro to the mix when I have that as well : Thanks Giada!

This was the best new grilling recipe we tried last summer. Everything was delicious! The marinade is good on anything but perfect for seafood! I didn't make the orzo because you can get a package of saffron rice for $1!!

This is my very favorite recipe to make! It truly is awesome, simple and delicious all while being healthy. I did come to modify things however. For instance I saute the peppers and mushrooms in olive oil b/c I didn't really like them grilled, was a little too plain in my opinion. And I don't use the saffron in the orzo. Try it you won't be disappointed! And the presentation is beautiful too! I LOVE IT!!! :

We love grilled veggies, so this one was sure to be a hit. I add vidalia onions, zest the lemons to add extra flavor, substitute basil for the parsley, and portabella mushrooms for the cremini. The flavor is terrific and blends very well between the grilled items and the orzo. If you don't like Saffron, the orzo does fine without it.

Made this one Sunday, we used bone-in chicken with the skin on which I don't think made a difference. The marinade was AMAZING, the corn was probably the biggest hit-can't wait to make it again!!

I've made this over and over again. I don't use the saffron. (We didn't care for the flavor. I will attest that the stock cooks out in the orzo so I'm going to use an extra cup and see if that helps next time. It's a very refreshing dish and pretty easy to cook up! Prep takes the longest, but it is extremely worth it!
