    Great recipe.
But if you cook the chicken and shrimp on a gas or charcoal grill you will need a way to keep the olive oil flame ups down.

This recipe was great i am making again tomorrow for father's day i did vary the veggies a bit i added summer squash and zucchini i also added fresh basil to the marinade. i think the smoked sea salt is a must it adds so much depth to the marinade

This dish was very easy to make. The marinate worked well with the chicken, shrip, and vegetables. Could not find the saffron but the orzo turned out tasty without it.

I have the most difficult eaters in the world. Everyone loved this meal. Although it may take a little prep time, its very simple to follow. Its best made inside though because the oil creates a large flame on the grill. Defiantely worth trying.

Shrimp & Orzo were excellent! The chicken turned out a little dry this time. We added red onion to this veggie list. Colorful and delicious meal!

You've created another one of my favorites, Giada! My family loved this dish that I cooked tonight. I opted for some beef (I used tri-tip instead of the chicken thighs. It worked really well with the chicken breast and the shrimp. Everything was so full of flavor. I let the meats marinade for about 4 hours before grilling them.

I will definitely be making this dish again. Thanks for another great recipe!
