    i made this 2 weeks ago. i couldn't find the cheese she uses, so i substituted provolone instead. just one word, AWESOME! i am making it again today. does that that tell you anything?

    I love this recipe and it is so easy. The mayo dressing is so good on any sandwich and I have made extra just for that reason. Another great recipe from Giada :

    The mayo was very refreshing with the lemon and basil. The pork came out very tender and juicy. I can't wait to try the herbs de provence on other meats!

    This was far one great recipe to do especially when you need a quick great out of the ordinary ham sandwich. The Mayonaise with the basil and the lemon was so good and tasty. I added a little sazon seasoning to my pork for a little latin flavor and it was great! Thank you~

    Used left over pork tenderloin for this recipe and it was delicious. Shared a sandwich with our bachelor neighbor who gave it a thumbs up too. Really nice flavor profile and easy easy easy to make!
