    My mother made this for my sister and I and they were excellent. I will definately make them. I will make a double batch though, they are that good!

    This dish was wonderful. My mushrooms were grilled perfectly. I loved how the meatiness of the mushroom complimented the garlic and flavor of the tomatoes.

    While easy to prepare, the recipe seemed to be lacking something. I think the tomatoes and mozzarella salad need to be served on something crisper than a grilled porobello. The flavors were good, I just don't think the warmth of the cooked mushroom did anything for the salad.
