    I thought this receipe was delicious and so did my guests. I served it at a dinner party along with grilled lamb chops. I did add just a touch of balsamic vinegar to the dish and that really gave a boost to the flavor. I would make again.

    Made this for my daughter's birthday,, it was a huge success. The following weekend, we had a large family gathering and my daughter and her husband asked me to make it again for everyone. So I did...
    Again, a huge success. I even got some help from one of the young men, who loves to cook and was super impressed with this dish.

    I make tomato salad alot but never thought to add portobello's to it. Delicious-I did add a couple tablespoons of balsamic vinegar to the mix.

    What a wonderful, light, quick and tasty way to eat well during the summer months. The mushroom was meaty and filling and the tomato salad was a fresh and crisp compliment.
