If you like Caprese salad you will love this recipe. It is quick and easy to put together and my son (who doesn't really like mushrooms will just eat the stuffing so it will please everyone at your table.

As always I am looking for new things to have at my dinner parties. So I tried this as a apetizer and cut it up for more people. Needless to say that it was a hit once again! Lots of flavor and whipped up in no time flat!!

Very simple to make and looks great on the plate, but we were a little dissappointed with the flavor. We might try it again with some variations.

The mushrooms tasted great and the entire combination with the tomatoes, mozzarella etc. was fabulous. We have made this twice already.

Did not like it with the portobello, but it is a beautiful and delicious salad even if you skip the mushrooms.
