Loved this one. Perfect blend of sweet, savory, salty, with a hint of heat. Making it again tonight.

Amazing and delicious! The citrus salsa verde was the perfect added citrus to complete a zesty salmon. My friends LOVED it!

This was a hit! I made this at home, and without a grill. Still came out wonderful! He ate all of it! I also added steamed asparagus and a side dinner salad.

Great for spring. The agave really leaves a great flavor on the fish. I recommend making the salsa at the beginning and let the parsley wilt a bit. Recommend pairing it with a glass of Torrontés and let the acidities of the two play off each other.

Delicious! I put the agave on about halfway through the cooking time, because the pieces of salmon at my market were pretty thick and I didn't want the sugar to burn in my grill pan. Turned out perfect with a slight golden crust on the outside for nice texture - a little different than pictured though. I also made the Herbed Quinoa from this episode - nice accompaniment. The fresh herbs, juices and zests made this a very memorable dish, so try not to skimp or omit anything!

What a fabulous dish. This tastes better than I ever imagined. Agave has a higher fructose content than any other sweetner on the market, therefore the health nut I am, I substituted the agave for maple syrup. This is tremendous along side the herbed quinoa featured in this show.
