This is our new favorite dish! It's so healthy but tremendously flavorful! I used trout instead of salmon and honey in place of the agave nectar. I also used basil in place of the parsley & mint in the salsa since that's all I had. It was sooo delicous! My husband loved it as well and said it's one of is favorite meals. I will be making this again soon!

Hubby and I just made this for dinner tonight.
Delicious and super easy. We will definitely be making this again!
Edited a few months later to add: Hubby and I made this salsa again tonight and used it on cod (instead of salmon. And it was INCREDIBLY delicious. I think this salsa would be yummy used with any fish. Love it!

This was honestly THE best fish recipe I have ever made or eaten. It has a lot of flavor despite it being so easy to prepare. My husband and son loved it as well. I'm saving this recipe as it will be my go to recipe for salmon! Thanks Giada!

This was easy and awesome. Tastes and looks like you spent much more time on the meal. I made the salsa the day before, so really quick from grill to plate. I was able to spend more time on a more intricate side dish. Also, don't be hesitant with any of these ingredients - they all work!

Great meal...the 2 stars is because Giada misleads the public into thinking Agave is healthy. It was named the second worst sweetener... after aspartame!! My doctor told me it was a recipe for diabetes!! Be careful, use honey or molasses instead .

My first time making this with my husband and it turned out AWESOME! Every bite was amazing. I love the fresh mint in this recipe, everything was perfect and it was the easiest thing to make! You will love it too!
